SECONDARY SCHOOL (S1 - S4)
Our secondary school Chinese tuition program is designed to help students advance their Chinese language skills to a higher level and prepare them for success in their academic studies and beyond. We offer classes for students of all levels, including Higher Chinese syllabus.
Our experienced teachers use a rigorous and comprehensive approach to teach Chinese language and ensure that students have a solid foundation the language. They will focus on developing students’ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and provide individualized attention to help each student progress at their own pace.
By the end of our program, students will have the language skills and cultural knowledge necessary to excel in their Chinese language studies. Preparing them for O-Level examinations.
PROGRAMME OUTLINE
Reading and Writing
Supplementary materials will be provided to further enhance the students’ vocabulary such as fill-in-the-blanks, dialogue completion, and practical exercises on reading, essay and comprehension. Students will be taught more advance sentences and structure. Learn narrative and argumentative essay writing techniques.
Listening and Speaking
More advance Interactions and communication are design in our teaching materials with dialogue practices aimed at cultivating the student's listen and speaking skill. Students will be able to make better master in their oral expression. Learn how to effectively organize ideas and express opinions confidently.
Literary and Cultural Appreciation
Students will be guided to make important connections between reading and real life settings. This will help students to understand words that they have learnt in a deeper manner.
Creative & Critical Thinking
Our lessons includes necessary tools for the students to engage in creative thinking. Cultivating their analytical skills and problem-solving skill though interactive teaching, guided brainstorming and debate to help students become more effective, adaptable communicators and thinkers.
Comprehensive Course
We will cover all the required aspects of Chinese language learning. From speaking, listening and essay writing ability, on MCQ reading comprehension. Our intention is supporting the student’s overall development on the Chinese Language beyond just "O" level examination.
Preparatory
Our Secondary School courses aim will be for students to establish foundation in the language and literacy skills for a smooth transition to Higher Education and prepare them for "O" level and beyond.
